Mission Statement

Our goal and policy is to treat our clients with respect and care, and to treat our clients' pets as though they were our own. Our clients and patients are the heart of our practice and the reason we are here. At all times you will be treated with respect, dignity and compassion. Being of service to you is the mission of our practice.

Appointments

Our office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday. Please call ahead for an appointment. For everyone's safety, we ask that dogs be on a leash and cats be in a carrier. If you forgot your leash, please come in first and we can loan you one for your visit.

Emergencies

If you have an emergency during regular business hours, please try and call first so we can prepare for your arrival.

If you have an AFTER HOURS emergency, please call our clinic at (605) 662-7838. You will be prompted with a phone-tree that will connect you with our on-call veterinarian. In the event that no doctor is available, please call the Animal Clinic of Rapid City's 24 hour Emergency Service at (605) 721-0789.

Payment

We require payment in full at time of services. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, travelers checks and money orders. We do not accept CareCredit, insurance or cryptocurrency. Please call the clinic for estimates and further inquiries regarding pricing and payment.
